It is firmly against the moral standards and legal obligations to assist or encourage the procurement of illicit substances. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to:
- Directing individuals to vendors of prohibited substances.
- Providing information on how to obtain such substances.
- Arranging transactions involving forbidden goods.
